you dont need to speak the same language as the game...as for the chinese characters...you just need to match them up....i copied down the whole script of characters that are in the medicine bottle on a seperate peice or paper so that i dont have to keep going back to the bottle.

the key is by his rist on the floor you can't really see it because it is hidden...not the hand that you found the medicine bottle in but the other one you have to keep clicking around that area till you find it
