My friend wants to lose weight and she was telling me about caffein pills.. Can you actually lose weight from these pills and are they safe???

sure you can! it's healthier and safer than eating fruit and vegetables and excercise. You'll be fine!

caffine pills= no good... i took them at work one time when i was really tired ... n i was soo sketchy n jittery! they also make u feel sick n sumtimes break out

Yeah I was scared to bring up that enphedra might actualy help (cafein wtf?)
The reason for that is because it can make you more energetic/stimulant... therefore making you less lazy... KIND OF LIKE LAZY EXERCISE!?!?!

But I highly sugest avoyding it... I use to take it years ago instead of pills. However a few days after taking one I would start to feel sharp pains near my heart and breath weird... So im glad they finaly band that dangerouse stuff.

If your friend wants to loose weight... bring her to a rave to dance her ass off lol.
