the rule for dating would have to be in a one year range for me. I couldn't date someone underage because if you ever wanted to go to a club or a similar situation it becomes awkward.
But as for fooling around, I'd go as young as 18 I think, that's the cut off.

Lowest I'd go is 19. Current girlfriend is a year younger than me and that doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon, though. So that's entirely speculation.
