yeh i got a fucked up sleeping schedule.. and i find it really hard to wake up in the morning, even when im not drunk.. i just can't get outta bed

I try to have a good schedule

it's just that I go to bed and just lay awake for soo long

then I'm like wide awake at 5am for no apparent reason. It sucks.

i think it goes back to when i was writing a final paper for political science, and i stayed up all night drinking coffee.. sleeping schedule has never been the same heh
