Passionfruit without a doubt. Here's how you make sherbert, it's ridiculously easy.
Take a glass, any size, and fill it with sugar. Pour the sugar in a boiling pot. Then take the glass and fill it with water. Pour the water into the pot and boil it until the sugar melts it into a thick syrup.
Now add your favorite fresh fruit juice. This can be anything, from mango's to Pomegranade. Then throw it in the freezer.
Wait a few hours, and try it. It tastes sooooo much better then store bought , it's cheaper, and you can say you made it yourself.
