Make sure you keep turning the eggs over when they cook on the bottom and sides of the pan or it will burn, plus this is were the whole scrambled eggs thing comes from. Do this till there is no more liquid egg left and then serve. Quick and easy

Adding milk for density is a mistake, add a little water instead, it will fluff up much better, also add chopped green onions or even some sliced up cold cuts if u have any. Best to line your frying pan w/ butter unless its a non-stick frying pan (like a t-fal or something) Wait til there's no more liquid egg on top, flip it over w/ a spatula, 2 spatulas if you're a novice. Throw a Kraft single cheese slice on top, turn the heat off on your burner, fold in half, and you'll have a beautifully fluffy cheese omelette a la DetN8R. Equivalent to 2 servings. Extra hungry? Add an extra egg and about 10 ml of water and ur good to go for extra fluffy cheesy meaty goodness.
