I'm with this guy, but ya Calgary had a fantastic season but it ended just like Anaheim's did last year. Now the thing is will they disappear or stay around to be another playoff's contender? Some of the players will be gone, others will need to be resigned and there is always the question of whether sutter will stay as coach and GM. Or move up to GM and let someone else coach. I believe he will still coach another year but you can't coach and GM for more than like 3 years look at pat quinn. It wore him out big time. I honestly do hope that Calgary can stay strong though cause if thats the case, the only really sub-par weak team left in canada will be Montreal *which i really really like*. Vancouver, Ottawa, and Toronto are 3 of the top teams at least regular season wise, and Calgary and Montreal were getting up there too. Only team really really not getting up there is the Edmonton Oilers. |

Sure everyone is gonna say a riot yea whoo hoo, destruction or whatever. Seriously though the way calgary came up from the ranks and almos tdid it. City would not have deserved a riot. On the bright side vancouver and calgary both know how it feels to lost game 7 of the stanley cup finals by a goal eh |

I am still happy Tampa won, and Calgary lost... That being said i feel it would not be fair for the losing Flames players to have to deal with a riot. When they did everything they possibly could for their town to get the Stanley Cup.
This has nothing to do with loving Calgary seriously get a grip man....... |
