NHL AWARDS!! Who is gonna win what?

NHL AWARDS NIGHT ON CBS: 8:00p.m pst!!

So tonight is the awards night for the National Hockey League. So who is gonna take what awards.

Here are my picks with all the finalists. Post back with who you think is gonna take what. I'll have what the award represents as well.

The Hart Memorial Trophy *MVP to his team. Voted on by the Professional Hockey Writers Association.*

Nominees:

Martin Brodeur, New Jersey Devils.
Jarome Iginla, Calgary Flames.
Martin St. Louis, Tampe Bay Lightning.

The James Norris Trophy *Best overall defensemen. Voted on by the Professional Hockey Writers Association.*

Nominees:

Zdeno Chara, Ottawa Senators.
Scott Niedermayer, New Jersey Devils
Chris Pronger, St. Louis Blues.

Calder Memorial Trophy *Most Profilic player playing in his first year in the National Hockey League. Voted on by the Professional Hockey Writers Association.*

Nominees:

Trent Hunter, New York Islanders
Andrew Raycroft, Boston Bruins
Michael Ryder, Montreal Canadiens

The Frank J. Selke Trophy *Goes to the Forward who best excels in the defensive aspect of the game. Voted on by the Professional Hockey Writers Association.*

The Maurice Rockey Richard Trophy *Goes to the league's goal scoring leader*

Winner(s): Jarome Iginla of the Calgary Flames. Ilya Kovalchuk of the Atlant Thrashers. Rick Nash of the Columbus Blue Jackets. All with 41 goals.

The William M. Jennings Trophy *Goes to the goaltender(s) with more than 25 appearances on the club allowing the fewest goals against during the regular season.

Winner(s): Martin Brodeur of the New Jersey Devils. The New Jersey Devils only allowed 164 goals against.

OTHER NEWS

Iginla receives NHL Foundation Player Award for outstanding community service.

Oh yea now my votes. In order of finalists.

Hart Trophy. I am going with Martin St. Louis, followed by Jarome Iginla than Martin Brodeur.

Norris Trophy: Scott Niedermayer, followed by Zdeno Chare than Chris Pronger.

Calder Trophy: Andrew Raycroft, followed by Michael Ryder than Trent Hunter.

Selke Award: Kris Draper, followed by John Madden than Alyn McCauley

Lady Byng: Brad Richards, followed by Martin St Louis, than Daniel Alfredson.

^ i agree I am going with Luongo ju st on the fact of how much he did stop, but his goals against is high compared to the other two, but i mean look at how many shots he faced.

and I am going with Sutter for coach of the year. Even though torts did a very good job. I think this one could go either way.

as for king clancy i am not sure, maybe iginla, but i have no idea. Who is gonna win this

I won the award for STICKIN WITH THE BOLTS SINCE GAME 1 OF THE FINALS!! Unlike these bitches who are all like I WANT CALGARY TO WIN BECAUSE THEY REPRESENT CANADA. HELLO they kicked us out people get with the stupid program.
