anyone kno of any, rather than the steaks, chicken breasts, salmon fillets and wut not? lemme kno

rice and beans. They're in a lot of mexican/latin american foods

Lentils. Indian foods.

Other then that tofu....but uh yeah, it's tofu.

Here are a few good sources of protein. Are you hitting the gym?

Cottage Cheese - 1% 20-30g per serving
Cod, Sole, whitefish - superstore frozen section (big bag $7)
Tofu/Veggie Dogs - Don't knock em til u try em - Great source of Protein
Solid white tuna - case lot 24 cans $17
Prolab protein whey mix - $70 1-2 month supply/50-70g per serv.. Awesome amount of protein
6-8 Egg whites - hardboiled or scrambled (breakfast)
Baked or boiled chicken - good with rice and or a baked potato
