Working out...

to all the people whove been workin out or always wanted to..... DO IT!!! its fun and such.. well juss wondering to all of u who know... what are some good pec exercises to do. i know about the bench press, pushups, but i kinda need to know whats a good one for the upper pectoral area and inner pecs.

mister-peenutt has a little shameless behaviour in the past
flies with free weights. bench. incline bench. decline bench.

do these every other day and you'll have pecs in no time!!

working rules!!!! although i haven't been to the gym in so long! haha dang.

cable flies are awesome too.

but i only like them for that. freeweights all the way!

Cables are good for the definition in the line right up the chest... their good....combination of cables and freeweights are good
