Tim Horton's is owned by the Wendy's food chain... This happened back in 1995.
Check it: Tim Hortons merges with Wendy's International Inc. In 1995, Tim Hortons merged with Wendy's International, Inc. While Tim Hortons continues to operate as a separate entity, the merger provided a new focus for the expansion of the Tim Hortons concept in the United States. Tim Hortons locations can presently be found in Michigan, New York, Ohio, Kentucky, Maine, and West Virginia. The Canadian operation is 95% franchise owned and operated, and plans in the U.S. call for the same key strategy to be implemented as expansion progresses. |

^^A little more info on Tim Hortens^^
Tim Horton was a hockey player who played for Toronto back in the 50's, he died and his family sold the chain to wendys. Starbucks burn there coffee beans thats why the taste is so rancid, and Krispy Kreme make WAY better doughnuts!!!!!!!!! |

^^^ no your wrong (from their website)
The goal of Tim Hortons in the United States is to duplicate the same commitment to product quality, value, cleanliness, customer service and community leadership that has been established in Canada. These basic principles are best executed by owner/operators who are dedicated entirely to the hands-on operation of their Tim Hortons restaurants, and are supported by an extensive range of services provided by the TDL Group Corp. and its staff. As of June 2004, there are over 228 Tim Hortons locations in the United States. yep.... |
