(an ip address to those who dont know is 209.222.108.99 or whatever)

if a website has problems with thier dns (usually not thier fault), then thier website may point to another on the same ip.


if you look up form-kaos.com 's ip address it is 64.21.141.2

now everyone put http://64.21.141.2/ in thier browser, and youw ill see the page everyone is talking about.
