The girliest of days :)

It's one of those days when I feel elated to be a girl.

I went to Mac and bought a new, hot pink lipstick

I went tanning

I am painting my toenails

I am going to the Mirage tonight with my girls from work and my sister to celebrate me and my coworker's birthdays

And I'm all gushy about my man and how happy he makes me <3
(Matt, I'm so so happy we're stickin it out while I'm away on my mini travels!You are the greatest! *kiss*)

It's good to be a girl :)

^ fakey bake. Beefing up the tan before my trip to Aus. Got some natural sun today at work tho. Most days I get to spend lots of time outside with the kids in my camp :)

It does, but I only had a little time to myself today. Was busy working and running errands. 9 minutes in a stand up was all I could manage. Besides, by the time I had time, the prime sun is gone.

i hear ya for the fake n bake.. im guilty for it too. going to the beach takes up the whole day for me. its just easier off to go to a bed... sleep for 10 mins and have the same looking tan. i think im going to enjoy my very first spa day tmrw.. kinda nervous, never been pampered before, but it should be really nice.

^^ I love the beach, but like you said Bev, it's so much easier sometimes to just whip by the tanning salon and bake yourself. Pretty relaxing sometimes too! I hope to get in some beach days this long weekend tho! Real sun + fake sun = max tan before Aus :) Thanks for the nice wishes hun! Enjoy your spa day. I've never done that before - only had a pedi. Post about your experience if you feel like it. Mmm I'd love to go to the spa... :)
