Who to bring out next (breaks) ?
I'm thinking..
Deekline/Ollywood team, hey, they were nominated for best mix cd of the year by breakspool! Have they even been here yet at all? T Power hasn't been here in ages. T power breaks rock. Uberzone. Uh huh, yeah. DJ Mutiny/Quest, ripping up the breaks, but have they ever been here? Ed209. The good ish right herrr. etc? |

tony faline vs. huda hudia would be nice to see again. Brad Smith would also be a good choice. |

See if Icey threw down an old school florida set, i'd be stoked. But it's funny how everyone is getting sick of nu skool dj's and want to see the florida phemons rip it up again.
But seriously, out of anybody i'd really really like to see, it's got to be deekline. If anyone has not heard the "breaks, beats & blondes" album, please, do so. It's something new, a twist to the nu skool sound, that really might be the direction breaks will be going in. It's kind of half and half between, florida, nu skool ,and gool ol booty bass breaks. Sounds stupid I know, but deekline, ollywood & co, throw it down geniously. It least the crew is innvoative and doesnt produce the same ol rennie/meat katie breaks that everyone is getting seriously sick of. That rat records label might be the new shit kids, so watch out. |
