The only things id worry about are

a) selling the alcohol, espically if you have 100 people walking aroudn with plastic cups full of cheap beer
b) the damage it will cause to the venue, and the disturbance of ppl walking down the road with beer in there hands coming out of the party, or constant cars pulling up and driving off
c) the cops showin up and shutting it down, and arresting people, or handing out some fines
d) the lack of security, and the fact that you have minors drinkin alcohol everywherere
e) fights and shit getting trashed

heh, go for it dude, but live up to all the circumstances when it all comes down!!

i had some perrty wild parties there before and they didnn get shut down .... only way it would get shut down if people were just so fukken dump to go around pissing off the neighbours ...

but i have throwin parties befor with ALOT of underage drinkin there .. and there was no problems at all

don't listen to these idiots who are questioning your ability to throw a party. they can't throw their own parties and they are jealous and will take any chance to crash any body else's idea of a party. just throw it and let them all show up... i'll be there for shizzle

^ that's not necessarily the case.. no one is questioning his ability.. they are merely pointing out all the risks one takes when throwing a party with alcohol and minors (and being a minor themself).

who cares he's willing to take a chance let him learn on his own mistakes... i know being mature and having high tolerance to alcohol i'll definately look out for trouble and eliminate it before it begins to the best of my ability....

Just tell them "OMG THE RUSSIANS ARE COMING THE RUSSIANS ARE COMING!!! OVER THE POLE!!!! EVACUATE THE BUILDING AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUGGGGGHHHH!" if that fails, they'll just have you put in a nice comfy white Room for awhile. :)

i'm too lazy to read the entire thread so I don't know whats been said, but if you have any friends who dj or friends who can decently beat match, they will prolly be down for spinnin house parties. We had ulala's surprise bday party at my place and we rented speakers and we pounded the fuck outta my house, cops came by and finally shut us down tho lol. Good time was had by all though. But if yer plannin on charging people 5 bucks to get in, most lower end djs would prolly spin for 20 bucks or so. I'd totally be down.. although not everyone is a beer fan, so will you be lettin people bring their own stuff instead of just using the kegs?
