KARMA IS THE GREEN BOXES YOU SEE BESIDE YOUR POST COUNT, AND YOU CAN ALWAYS CHECK ON IT IN THE USERCP LINK BESIDE THE HOME LINK:

BASICALLY SOMEONE GIVES YOU KARMA, YOU GET MORE KARMA POINTS, EVERY 100 POINTS EARNS YOU A GREEN BOX, ONCE YOU HAVE 5 GREEN BOXES YOU MUST EARN 200 POINTS FOR EVERY BRIGHT GREEN BOX.

IF SOMEONE ON THE OTHER HAND GIVES YOU BAD KARMA *RED* YOU WILL GO DOWN IN KARMA POINTS AND IF YOU HAVE -100 OR LESS POINTS YOU WILL HAVE A RED BOX

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BRIGHT RED BOX, SO I CAN'T SAY HOW THAT WORKS, BUT I AM ASSUMING ITS THE SAME AS GREEN BOXES.

It is pointless, but when you recieve good karma for a post that deserved good karma, with a friendly nice comment, kinda makes you feel good.

Same as if you wanted to insult someone and they give you bad karma saying fuck you, or fuck off, obviously you hurt them, so: Mission Accomplished:
