Your first time, you're NOT going to be able to jog it.
Even when I was hiking, mountaineering and climbing all the time, and I was in peak physical condition, it was still extremely tough to even slow-jog it. The best you're going to be able to do as a first-timer is to go at a quick walk. And I wouldn't even recommend that, you need to get used to the trail first. |

oy vey! did it today time 84min... WAAAAAAAAAAAAY tougher then i expected, but i feel good. thinking about doing it once a week now yea my best friend's brother does the grind in 37~ 40 min.... thats focking insano |

I did it once after a party on like an hour of sleep. I don't know how long it took because I didn't bother timing myself as the only thing on my mind was how to successfully end my life by throwing myself off the mountain.
Worst idea ever. Make sure you are well rested. Please. |
