help save compuyter
anytime i try to run a .exe program a window pops up
"Program Not Found Windows cannot find setdbg.exe This program is needed for opening files of type 'Application'. " anyone know how to fix this... is this a windows file or is it an antivirus file? i cant run add/remove program either running win98.

if your a home installation of win98, then it more then likely wont work. Some computer distribute win98 with a seperate CABS folder in c:\windows
check and see.. c:\windows\options\cabs\setup.exe <- this will reinstall the core, will muck things up though - I suggest backing up and reinstalling. the .exe shell is corrupted, it's pointing to another file, you need to change the .exe association back to command - you can do that through explorer's options "file types"

shit no quick fix for this i guess huh
'c:\windows\options\cabs\setup.exe' wont run cause its an exe and the application EXE in "file types" wont let me edit or remove it/so theres the problem fixing the cabs seems like it will take a while and that page is all about internet browsing and that doesnt seem to be a problem correct me if im wrong there.
