Find a BitTorrent client that lets you limit uploads to a certain speed.

TorrentBits - you gotta be persistent to get a login there, but once you do, you have access to all the scene releases as they're released. Vinyl rips, obscure electronic stuff, zero-day movies, apps, and so on. It also has a quota system where it monitors how much you've uploaded and downloaded and if you upload more than you download you get better access to things. It's insanely fast; I rarely get less than 150kb/s download speeds.

yeah, I use youceff too, I'm on elitetorrents too, but they have pretty strict anti-leech policies and it's limited to 75k members

Azureus lets you throttle uploads. Go TOO low and they cut back on your own download. (Which makes sense. Your download IS someone else's upload. ;) )

you can always just delete your torrent after its done downloading :) that way you dont have to upload. :p
