today's obvious realization
food = energy.
yeah, i got woken up at noon and told we were cleaning up our fraternity. so i got up and cleaned with everyone for four hours straight. then i started wondering why i was feeling so tired and crappy. but then i ate four pieces of pizza and had two classes of pop and now i'm happy and energetic again! forgetting to eat in the morning sucks. |

its because u dont eat anything between breakfast and dinner
im talkin bout the people who have a small breakfast, big lunch, then even bigger dinner... since u have all that energy to waste while u sleep it just turns to fat ur loosing weight cuz ur not eating properly |
