That would be Krang. Hehe. Tentacle brain thingy. Only turtles game i ever had was for snes. Turtles in Time. Good times w/ the lean green pizza eatin machines. Hehehe best thing ever about turtles was Vanilla Ice's cameo in Turtles 2 Secret of the Ooze. Damn the turtles were cool. They were like the original power rangers :) Someone dress up as a ninja turtle for halloween!
