a couple toilets, a couple of garbage bins.. every now and again i got those maintence guys to clean the property.

I think the key is not to worry about haveing all the sauna's and pools and what not.

Just get a stage, 2 bars and a food stand and keep them fully stocked at all times. Also have the handy men pick up all the trash. And keep on putting the djs up ( the more expensive ones seem to make the party more popular ( duh?! )

Hint: Have a minimum number of bathrooms, garbage cans, tents, etc. Only essentials are important -stage and djs. Only restock bar and food when they run out. When you run out of money you can't buy any more djs but you can still buy staff, food and liquor. Dunno why you can still get a higher score by going into debt, but it works.
