Comedy fans, esp. fans of Last Comic Standing

John Heffron, Tammy Pescatelli and *drumroll* my favourite, Corey Holcomb, are coming to town!

Oct 23 (Sat) at the Vogue theatre....tickets are $37.50 and will be oh soooo worth it!

Neat, might have to check this out, even though I'm not a huge fan of Corey Holcomb's comedy (found it stale and repetitive). I liked Heffron a lot, though.

IMO, if anyone's comedy is repetitive it's Heffron's! I mean, you can only talk about playing video games w/your nephew and what to say so your wife won't be mad at you so many times!

He's still funny though - just not as funny as Corey.

I wish I was allowed to bring a sign like they do in the Last Comic audience....my bf said that I should bring one that says "COREY! I'M YOUR BABY MOMMA!" heh.

Maybe it was just that everytime I saw Holcomb, he did the same jokes. Everytime. Granted, I only saw him like three times, but still.

I guess 'cause his jokes tend to all be about either women or being/growing up in the ghetto. I think he didn't go too far because his material can be pretty offensive!
