Extension of 'most horrible person'

i went to the link doom posted and read about vlad http://sprott.physics.wisc.edu/pickover/vlad.html
and then i read the comment people were making replying to the good/bad nature of the guy and was really shocked at some of the things said.

i dont care if the guy killed the wealthy to give to the poor or if implailing was common those days.. killing another human being is wrong in itself.

any of you think vlad is a good guy? i'm just curious..
