999 foods highest in tryptophan
Found this while looking up how much tryptophan is in turkey, and which, of dark or lighter, had more.
http://www.nutritiondata.com/foods-0...0000000-1.html Spinach is at the top, go figure. Seems to have a good amount of info about each item and lists what minerals, proteins, and other amino acids they contain in % of daily intake. Turkey is about halfway down. :P It also seems to let you add up items to see how they do. It DOESN'T seem to let you compare things side by side, however. This could also be a good planning tool for those that like to preload/etc. ---- Edit: You can search through the foods for anything else you want in the upper right Last edited by Electroflux; Oct 13, 04 at 11:24 AM. |
