I live in a 5 bedroom house (well duplex, we rent the whole thing) in North Burnaby. The closest intersection would be Curtis and Duthie I suppose. Nice quiet neighborhood. Room is available November first. The rent is $450 which includes
everything satellite tv, high speed internet, gas, hydro all the bills. We've got a washer/dryer and all that. There's only one covered parking spot which is first come first serve, otherwise you have to park on the street. The room available is actually mine cuz I'm moving down the hall it's not all that big but I've lived in it for over a year and haven't minded a bit. You'd only really share the bathroom with the other girl who lives upstairs, it's gotta full shower/tub. There's three bedrooms upstairs (one of them being the one available) and two downstairs where two guys live. It's really close to everything, near SFU. Shopping/skytrain all nearby.
