the exercise is the easy part the diet is what sucks no carbs after 6 :( water eggs and plain tuna straight outa the can.

i agree...i love to excercise i do it 5-6 times a week. And i really agree about the diet thing.....but i do no carbs after 2pm.....its hard but it pays off.

theres no way i can do that i have to hit the gym after work at like 8 or hockey at 9:45 without carbs i dont have enough to push myself.

islandgirl is an unknown quantity at this point
i eat protein ( fish, chicken etc) and then a bunch of veggies....techincally they are considered carbs....but they are good ones and our body needs them. the carbs i am referring to are rice, potatoes, breads, pasta, shit like that.

^^^ heheh i dont even eat low glycemic carbs after 6. most of the carbs i get in a day come from 2 pieces whole weat bread in the morning and my myoplex shake which also has alot of carbs, and the baked potatoe in my lunch, i try and stick with brown rice and low glycemic foods during my supper, usually some fruit :)

I workout 3-4 times a week at fitness world in surrey, If I don't go I start to feel like crap. I was pretty much on the same diet as hardstylin and islandgirl but that all when to hell as soon as I started school.

Does anybody workout at fitness world in surrey?
