^^^ heheh i dont even eat low glycemic carbs after 6. most of the carbs i get in a day come from 2 pieces whole weat bread in the morning and my myoplex shake which also has alot of carbs, and the baked potatoe in my lunch, i try and stick with brown rice and low glycemic foods during my supper, usually some fruit :)

I workout 3-4 times a week at fitness world in surrey, If I don't go I start to feel like crap. I was pretty much on the same diet as hardstylin and islandgirl but that all when to hell as soon as I started school.
Does anybody workout at fitness world in surrey? |
