Not sure what Jay's up to, I think he might do the occasional club night still but Marky gave it up.

2Fresh was a great party!

Exert is still around and do smaller shows now.

hhmmmm... was that party @ The Plaza or River Side? I remember 2Fresh being at River side (I was working with Jay to record all the sets... I think the Queen Maxine set and the Madam Friction sets where WICKED). I also have some video footage of that in my archives somewhere... :-)

as for the other question: yes, Marky Mark still spins, but does not throw parties... Jay C throws one off club night events (their next one is with John Howard at the Drink on Oct. 30th), and he also DJs, etc...

2Fresh was an awesome Plaza party.. better than Fresh which was indeed at Riverside in 99. The BC Room at 2Fresh was rocking.. Funk Boutique was a highlight...

Exert used to bring some dope talent.. I started getting tired of the kind of people that went to their parties though. Mark and Jay C are still great guys though.. wish them both the best.
