East van isn't as bad as it sounds. There are usually places around my area which is the main/fraser area. It's got lots of shops around. Downtown is a 10min bus ride away. Near to broadway and main skytrain.

move to north delta...... you are a 30 min drive from vancouver tho, but it is right on the other side of alex frasier bridge, easy acess to bus, and everything..... not a really bad place, nor super exciting but it isn't the most expensive........ only problem is you are stuck between little india (surrey) and china, (richmond)...... lol..... i am just joking but the houses anywhere in the city are gona cost well over 400 000 for a decent one, even then prolly was grow op with rotted walls, mildew everwhere........ and surrey are all HUGE homes now from east indians building them, living in them for less than 1 year, and sell so as to not pay GST or something i think it is on the house when they sell........ beware of that never buy a house if the built and lived in for a short period of time.....
if u want something regular at like 250-300 i suggest my home town North Delta, where houses are relatively good (2200sq around) and it is ez acess everywhere.... or u could just buy a house in your price range out in langley or in the valley lol... |

hardstylin move to south van man. I been here my whjole life and its got plenty of advantages.
pros - where my area is its in the middle of everything. takes about the same time ot get to burnaby, downtown, and richmond. well richmond is closer but its all pretty close. extremly easy if ur busing. busing to either burnaby, downtown, and richmond are also 1 bus. (1 bus varies for richmond depending on which area u live in) fairly chill and ncie neighbourhoods also depedning on which specefic area u choose. i live a block west of main and im rite on the border and west/east and its dope. the list goes on but i cant find many cons. well some areas have cons but i wont go there |
