i try to get down to the gym a few times a week...
only been like twice this month cuz i hate going out in this crap weather... i rollerblade a lot in the summer, try to hit the seawall at least once a week.. and i do the vancouver sun run every now and then... but i'm not big at all... i'm not really in it for the looks... just tryin' to keep myself alive... |

I work at a gym so I can't help it - just too many people gettin' in shape to have me let my body go without it personally.
Right now I'm puttin on pounds though - I love it - I'm on a seefood diet: I see food, then I eat it. It's GREAT!!! So I'm takin' some heavy weight gainer that's got like 35g p a serving - take 2 of those twice a day + the holidays and I plan on gettin up to 200 even atleast - then come mid january I'm going for cut. i refuse to go to the gym and work out ... sorry i find it just really boring for me.
But i love playing sports ... that is the only way i stay in shape ... right now i'm playing soccer and in January i'll be playing rugby (that is if the teacher stike doesn't move into second phase over the winter break) and i'm starting to play field lacrosse. |

That's my new year's resolution too...
When I look back at how big I used to be... versus how big I am now... it's pretty pathetic. :(
But near my new place there is a 24 hour roid monkey hardcore gym. I'mma gain back the 20-25 pounds of muscle I lost due to inactivity. |
