T-shirt sizes
Okay... so I'm ordering some t-shirts from the net, but as we all know, I can't try this stuff on before I buy it.
I normally take a size large t-shirt with shirts from like Diesel, Energie, Seven, Puma, etc... Some t-shirts on occasian, I have taken a medium. Those that work in the clothing industry - can you tell me if this is the standard size for a large? Specs for a large: WIDTH 22" LENGTH 27" WIDTH 56cm LENGTH 68cm Specs for a medium are: WIDTH 20" LENGTH 26" WIDTH 51cm LENGTH 66cm |

Those measurements for the large are a couple points off. However I can see the Medium maybe being too small.
I'd say go for the large. or better yet, get someone to measure you and then match those measurements to the closest size. |

Just measure one of your other tees, or yourself.
To be honest, as someone in the industry, there is no real "standard". Companies generally take it upon themselves to decide on their own sizing, regardless of what a m or l "should" be sized like. For example, in our warehouse, of our three best-selling tshirts, two fit the same, and one fits a full size+ smaller than others. It's ridiculous, but it's the way it is, there isn't always a lot of consistency in the clothing industry since each company has their own idea of how a tshirt should fit. |
