cody from alpha 3 is one of the best characters in the whole street fighter series.

I was always a ken guy mroe then ryu. ken owns u. i remember joining a sf2 competition at aberdeen centre. for all who dont know its a honger mall. i was about 6 years old going up against highschool kids or older unfortunatly only made it into the 2nd round. sigh

I've seen that video before, and Ken is rad, but that is purely skill. That guy that did that is from Japan, insane player, he wins a lot of the tournaments over there and usually cleans house when he comes over here for Evo. All of those players are insane. Fuck I love Street Fighter.

Up until about Street Fighter 2 Turbo I was a Ken guy as well. Especially in the messed up versions of champion addition where you could fly across the screen with the uppercut and hurricane kick.

From than on especially towards the Alpha series's I've always been a Ryu guy. I like the fact that you can link everything he does, including his super hurricane.

i really only got into street fighter 2 turbo, and for it, ken was weaker tehn ryu.

but now im a fan of those insane mixes of games. IE marvel vs capcom.

I think all those marvel vs capcom totally ruined the game and made it too silly. At first i thoguht it was great. The first couple were aight then they started to get out of hand. Thats why at the time i loved King Of fighters wait more. way more skill and the game is insane. not so much anymore though

anythign after marvel vs capcom 1 got out of control.

I liked the Alpha Series the most in particular number 2 and 3, more so 2 than 3

yea i used to play KOF at honger arcades like religously. the palce opens im there already and me and my friends can last an entire day of playing on less then $5 and that includes many challenges form people and unfortauntly for the hongers alot of real scraps breaking out haha. But kof has sort of gone down hill in recent years. still dope though. the combos u can bust in kof are simply brilliant and amazing. but not quite the popular game like street fighter. oh wells i dont care.

on a side note kof 98 was the best of all time

What was your favorite team? I liked the All American Team *just cause its a sports team* and the Orochi Team from KOF 97 i believe.

I liked 97 more than 98. Everything from 2000 on i did not like

all those new street fighter games are so weak.

i lost all faith in street fighter after alpha 3.
