Anyone know a lot about POS Machines?

Again while cleaning out old stuff at work I came across a Tranz 380 POS Machine. Does anyone know a lot about these devices? I've only found info on buying them, but nothing about programming etc. I use the other one everyday for charging Flight Schools for Fuel. But I have this one to play with and see what it can do. All I need is to hook up a printer and I can run your Visa from home! :D
