I was reading over this site in depth, it was chilling at the some of the facts it lays out. Sure it's reality, but its definatly a scary one. Ready.gov is from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Take ten minuets and browse it over.

Also, include duct tape and heavyweight garbage bags or plastic sheeting that can be used to seal windows and doors if you need to create a barrier between yourself and any potential contamination outside.

There were a whole bunch of these things being photoshopped/subtitled a while back on SA or some other site. Kind of like:
