Shit.. I shouldn't have taken so long to reply haha, where do I start.... If the reply is too big, just read the part adressed to you!! heehee
Nolan, I did have a great time, I always do on stage. I'm sooooo happy to find something I can do that includes soo many things I love (dance, nostalgia, vintage fashion, theatre, one day some singing, feminism YES, feminism). And I've been getting so much praise and respect for it, I REALLY love doing it. Not to mention while travelling alover the world! Amanda, J'nette etc. I would have loved if you came too! I was soo busy I didn't really have enough time to contact everyone I wanted to come, and I wish I could have taken advantage of my few guestlist spots to get some of you broke-asses in. I'm not sure if I'm going to be part of the troupe anymore, it was a great experience and it is Canada's premeire troupe, but the head honcho didn't exactly treat me, or anyone for that matter, well. HOWEVER, I may perform with them at their future shows in the area, and whether or not I have them I'll be doing my own shows as well. So all you fuckers better be there. Sue I'll get those tent poles one decade! Thanks for all your support. Ryan, Dude We need to hang out! I miss you and the bro. Anyways, After touring north america (mostly canada) we had a bit of a break (try a week) then headed off to england, germany, switzerland, and we didn't have any shows in france but we did get to see the Eiffel tower and the MOULIN ROUGE (aka: the mother ship). So I've pretty much been travelling and preparing myself for over 3 months now! Myles, thanks hun! My mom freaked at first because she thought I was going to become a stripper, but after I explained it all to them and the fact that I dont plan on making this a career they were actually very supportive. They even booked and loaned me money for some of my flights. I really learned alot by going away for so long, I had a huuuge reality check and was inspired by alot of places, people and things. Something I needed badly, this trip came at the perfect time. I was slowly reaching the end of my rope again and was confused about ALOT of things in my life. Now I have it all figured out, and I just need to get things rolling. And speaking of fame, my name was written by Vince Ray on our Switzerland show poster! http://www.klangundkleid.ch/events/f...s/mascotte.asp |

Holy crap! I really miss all of you!
Thats one thing I realised, now that I finally have good, no GREAT friends I really need to see them, YOU, more. I'm such an ass for not doing that already, and I'm having a hard time getting out of the house since I've been back but I really really need to see some of you! I'm sorry I haven't replied Krista, it was actually pretty hard to find internet where we were, and the people in charge never where ones to go a little out of their way so that I could keep in touch with people. grrr. I've been meaning to call you, and you too J'nette! So can you guys pm me with your numbers, I'm sure I have yours somewhere krista but this will assure that I get it. |

oooh oooh! I forgot something else.. The venue mentioned in that article was a very old theatre, so old that HOUDINI and CHARLIE CHAPLIN performed there at some point. How fucking cool is that?
Oh and the venue in switzerland (by the by, was one of the coolest shows. We jumped in the ring at the end of the show and beat up the mexican wrestlers... high heels, corsets, rhinestones and all!) was built in 1913 and had people such as Sammy Davis jr. perform there! |
