i really like this store too. I probably only buy a few things there every couple months.
i'm just glad I don't live in washington because Hollister and Aberbrombie are the only decent stores they have.
and everyone looks the same. You can spot americans miles away when they come up here.
p.s. everyone who works there thinks they are better than you. but they aren't. i won't even shop at abercrombie anymore because the staff deserves a kick in the box every now and then.

they are actually trained to act better then the customers..or so i've heard..cuz ppl buy stuff regardless...

i went to the hollister at bellingham and i loved the way the store was except it was too dark to see how the clothes were...colours and stuff..

I love shopping in stores with bad service so I get to complain to the management and call their head office! If you bitch enough you ALWAYS get your way and usually a gift certificate or two!

Hollister stuff is SO cute.

PS...The key to dealing with bitchy staff is to be twice as bitchy and demanding. If you ask them to go check in the back, and you see that they don't, you TELL THEM THAT. Be difficult and try on tons and tons of shit that you don't have any intention of buying, and make sure you ask their opinion of EVERY piece and make them go get you countless "other sizes". Bwhahahah!

i luv that store too but i have noticed customer service in the states is absolutely awful and the changing rooms always hav heaps of clothes that u have to step around ..
