she said "a leader of the world" not "THE leader of the world"...there's a big difference, the same difference as between "a world leader" and "THE world leader"....so what's the big deal....bush is a leader, and he's "of the world". paul martin is a leader, and HE's "of the world"....blair is a leader and he's "of the world".
worrying about semantics is pretty silliy when you should be worrying about issues....
