mmmmm

key of advice.. ceramic isnt good for ur hair..
my bro is a hairdresser.. plus he left one of his ceramic straightener's at my house.. and if u heat it up for too long it'll melt and burn off ur hair... TRUST ME I BURNT OFF MY HAIR!! (the ceramic ones.. those are the ones w/ the golden color plates)

my brother has this straightener.. umm hold on ima call him right now and find out the name of it..

ok.. its called a "futura" .. its metal plates w/ ceramic on the inside w/ a built in comb.. its seriously the best straightener out there.. i have REALLY REALLY thick and hard to straighten hair.. but this works soo well.. it keeps my hair straight for awhile... it goes for like $200+ but its well worth wut u pay for.. trust me.. and no matter how hawt u get it.. it wont burn off ur hair.

my bro can get it for like 180$ .. pm me if ur interested.

p.s

for best results.. one swipe will straighten ur hair.. but if u do it twice it'll really straighten ur hair ;)

galaxie here...

^ You shouldn't have used it if it were that hot then. There are different settings for different hair types to prevent that!

Definitely get ceramic. Metal is no good for your hair - causes splits like crazy. The ceramic ones seal your ends. I'd say get a hot tools, they're around $220 and sooooooooo worth it.

get a futura, that's what the majority of hair stylists in van use.

find a stylist friend that can get you a discount, or just get it from the hair supply store..there's monarch, and another one on broadway i think.

actually, it was at medium and i jus had left it for about 5mins.

if u get a full metal one, then ye.. its bad..

but the one im talking bout is metal w/ ceramic.. its a mixture.. and its one of the best one's out there. -- called a futura -- wut most hair dresser's use.

this metal one, does not cause splits in my hair.. and my hair gets damaged easily..

i use my hair in example.. cuz my hair is prob one of the toughest out there to straighten.. ive been using this straightener (futura) for a couple months.. and especially after i got my hair done..
i have not seen split ends... until, i used to CERAMIC one.. and i had used another ceramic *high priced* supposed to be a good straightener.. it gave me split ends... but, if u have thin and easy to straighten hair im guessing ceramic is good for u.. but im jus letting u kno of one of the best straightener's out there.. plus i can hook u up. ur choice.

p.s

since the futura has its built in comb.. u dont have to worry bout ur hair falling out as u try to straighten it... the futura will seal ur ends.
