When do start and why do you get excited for christmas?

so we've all gone through the different reasons and times for getting excited for christmas.......from being excited for the presents, to visits from family, to simply getting time off from school......so I pose the question of when and why do you get excited for christmas?..............this year for me, I started to get excited just this past week and I'm excited for going to my relatives who I don't see alot for dinner, being able to set up our x-mas lights out-side and getting my vacation pay from work

i got excited for christmas when i was younger..but i don't anymore more..

hmm id have ta say when we set up the christmas section at my work :) i heard the music and got all excited....my fav part is getting presents for people and them enjoying it :)

but a recent chest infection has put a damper on my spirits,


i think delivering all the stuff we're gonna have for our sponsored family is gonna do it for me.
