being all powerful goes beyond just a physical sense. it could also mean having the power to do exactly what you do AND don't what to do. in that sense, the person could build a door which he himself can't open because hes THAT powerful.

If you were all powerful and could do anything you could create a door that will not open for you, but possibly someone else? If you can spawn worlds and avoid the Government a Door should be trivial.

The answer is... you couldn't build a door that y ou can't open. Why wouldn't you put something you can't do at the top of your list. I mean it's the only thing you couldn't do because it completely comtradicts your entier being.
