FIND: March 4th, 2004 copy of The Province

Im looking for a copy of the March 4th, 2004 'The Province' as it holds an artical I want to have. Where would I even start looking? I mean im sure some old lady has kept every newspaper since the civil war.. but thats' a buckshot I aint gunna make. Anyone lend a hand in thought?

you can go to the VPL and find most old newspapers there on film.

The library is the best place to go, they have all the newspapers on file or on their computers. Vancouver Public Library is the best place to go dude, good luck with your search.

I was there, they only included the Sun which I found nothing.
