humidifier question
Okay, I definitely think I need one of these because the dry winter air (yes we even get it in BC!) is starting to do a number on me.
For those of you that know, should I get a warm air or a cool air humidifier? Which would be more beneficial for my health? |

can anyone tell me what are the benefits of warm VS cool ?
I get sick a lot in the winter and even the air being slightly drier really irritates me Also when I get sick, I can get asthma and I have to use an inhaler and I'm usually up a lot of the night coughing and wheezing. which would help out more? |

Well, if you're sick, I believe a warm air humidifier would be best. It will definatly help with coughing and maybe the asthma too. Warm air plus warm/hot drinks are always the best to open up those breathing tubes.
Just think about it, what feels better when you are sick? A warm bath or a cold one? Unless you have a fever though... |
