And I love the picture above the article on the same page.
Its a picture of all these bags and bottles of vitamins and baggies and shit, and it said they were seized at a rave party. What does that have to do with ANY of that story?

Answer ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, they just want to make the rave scene look worse.
And if you actually look at the picture, I DO NOT see any ecstacy, a bunch of dirty bags, some bottle of perscription pills, some centrum and some other shit tossed onto what appears to be a table.

I'll end off by saying, THE PROVINCE is VANCOUVERS OWN PERSONAL NATIONAL ENQUIRER. Lamest paper ever, and the stories and the journalism in the paper, are crap.

I'm a crew manager for a company that does promotional services for the sun/province...

they are both fricken idiots. Their head of Marketing, John Vicerstaff, is the dumbest man on the face of this earth. Even though they have a complete and utter fucking monopoly on vancouver's newspaper market, they are actually the most financially incompetent papers in all of canwest.... except for the Victoria Times Colonist, they are the worst... all Pac Press papers... The SUn/Province turned a profit for the first time in 4 years this last year, and the only reason they did that, was because they sold off massive assets, which on paper makes it LOOK like they were in the green, but in reality it was the worst fiscal year they've ever had.

Both the Sun and Province are bullshit papers, the sun is barely better quality... my suggestion... read the National Post ;-)

Is this meant as a joke? "The Sun and Province suck so read another shity news paper made by the same company!" The Globe & Mail for Canadian news is still the best daily and the NY Times for American news. The NY Times as an example has more journalists over seas than all of Can Wests papers combined.
