Again, i'm not too sure how many people enjoy art here but if you do, the Portfolio 7 website was just launched yesterday. It contains 50 images from 50 different up and coming artists from Canada, the States and abroad.

The theme of the portfolio was to essentially question reality through images. What exactly defines reality and where do we draw the line? Each image in the portfolio answers or challenges this question in its own way.

The artists who contributed to this years Portfolio are up and coming photographers, graphic designers or film makers who attend Ryerson University.

i just picked up this book today, and i cant stop gushing about it.

i just spent the last couple of hours workin in my book, while looking at it and just plain going crazy over the bloody thing. its completely amazing.

This is very inspiring. I think I'll get into graphic design or photography when I finish the program I'm in now. I've always been into art, but never pursued it, just my own sketches and doodles.

cool fucking site dude! have you seen www.gigposters.com? i spent countless hours digging in that site. So many lack luster artists, but still great to see what other people do. I love it.
