It seems like the semester break just got here and now it's ended......time just flies when you're having fun eh?!

Itz 7:30 am and I am dressed and ready to go.......who the hell wakes up at this time?!?! Geeeeezus!

you know what hun? I'm actually really excited about going back. I start this monday and I just bought my books yesterday. I looked over em and I realized how interesting the courses I'm taking are....

and also.. it's a fresh new start. last semester, my registration got fucked over and Iended up with shit courses and tough profs... I'm hoping to do a lot better this semester.
and btw, my earliest class so far is 2 pm..

you'll wish you could slack off and just "make it up" like you did in school.

and college-- ya college was fun..
and expensive! especially when you realise you don't want to be a graphic designer... and you're stuck with a shitload of art supplies you'll probably never use- and debts coming out of your ass because trust- living in downtown toronto is not cheap.

so now it's making shit money, to save money to go back to school and try something else....

Holy school is less then a week away ... and of course i haven't done any of my projects and i haven't even started to study for my provincial (which are less then a month away). Well today is the day that i'm going to do it .... i'm not lying .... i don't work and i'm not going to go out today ( it think) ... NO i swear i'm going to get off the net and stop posting and i'm going to do my work ....

Well, my first class is today at 3:30. Woo hoo!
I am also going to start volunteering, and finally go to student health and get my ear medicine!

Uhh.....okay well you COULD get a semester break and get christmas holidays if you really wanted to.....just go back to school like I did......

And I'm sure I will appreciate the school system once I have finished it and "stepped into the real world" because otherwise....what am I studying for? I could just go out right now and get a full time, low paying job right now if I wanted to.

Instead I work 20+ hours a week to pay for my tuition and books....

Anyways, my first post was just supposed to be a light sigh and a post of disappointment.....I didn't really expect the negative feedback....

I mean, if you get out of school going into the field that you're really interested in, why would it be such a pain in the ass?

no exams to worry about, no stressing about GPA. with a career, you're earning good money so that you can buy the things that YOU want... (ie, car, clothes, house, etc)

I guess it could just be your situation....
I'm actually looking forward to getting my degree/masters and start working!

a degree doesn't automatically earn you 50k+ a year anymore hun... but u can get naked in my living room and i'll pay out the big bucks...

Okay fine, YAAAAAAY I went back to school today! Itz not that I don't like the education and learning part of it....itz just the competition, the stress, the exams, the papers, the pressure, the grades, the expectations, etc that I'm not excited about.

hahaha... I know that better than anybody, considering I have a father with a masters degree in psychology with NO MOTHRFUCKING JOB!


but I want to be a nurse.. and here in vancouver, graduating with a degree in nursing basically guarantees you a job..
