This is too cool!

I saw a really fascinating documentary on the mars rovers a few weeks back, it's so cool to see these images. It's also so cool to see the teams at NASA and how they work, and what they go through. Definitely a day of celebrations for these teams that work day and night to make this happen, it must feel so satisfying.

I think the hubble which was supposed to orbit pluto was hit by space-debris and the camera was knocked out of alignment. :(

but yeah, that's neat. It says it appears to be a shoreline, which of course would be oxygen..

now they just have to figure out light-travel.

Or, the shoreline could be a undiscovered gas of some sort, which of course would kill you, or even an ocean of sulphiric acid!

well, it's supposedly about -180C, which of course would be a frozen ocean, but they figure if a meteor hit the moon then it would of melted all the ice for about 1000 years.

the water is speculated to be liquid ethane or possibly methane - probably not water.

Titan was always one of the coolest moons since it was one of the only (if not only) outer-rim object with an atmosphere. No one knew what the surface would look like till today.

*totally geeking out at these pics*
