need help
for the last month and a half ive been goin to sleep at like 8 in the morning. its starting to take its toll so does anyone have any tips to help me sleep.. ive tried reading text books for like a hour now (it always helps me sleep in class) but now im just learning and that aint cool. any ideas?

It will put me out cold for 16-20 hours. |

where would u get this tea from? im very interested....
blazing doesnt really make me tired anymore. dont kno why i tried goin to sleep at like 2 am... and all i do is lay there in the dark for a hour or two. i think ill just try dooin it the old skool way of staying up all nite and sleep really early... hopefully it will work |
