He booked shitty DJ's and attracted a really Young crowd (keep in mind I was only 20 or so at the time). The last LX party I can remember going to there was gaber or something similarly terrible in the main room and hard trance upstairs (Riverside) at one point.

Dermatitis played NuDutch at Riverside. Funny that, Lady Dana is theoretically gonna be playing something similar at Riverside at Kiss.

And Julian Liberator? Freakyflow? Shitty DJs?

Fuck man. That was some of the best music I've ever heard at that place.

When Liberator was playing I heard a bunch of people complaining about the "thumpity thumpity techno music"

Do some research before you go to your parties and maybe this won't happen, kids.

Fuck. You can have your trance and house and breaks at every single plaza/riverside party that was kicking around at the time. It was nice to see a break from the typical McTrance mainstages. And it was DIFFERENT kinds of music being played on the mainstage, which is something else that seems to elude massive promoters.
