Right-click the Wireless Network Connection icon in your System Tray and select Open Network Connections.
Right-click Wireless Network Connection and select Properties. Select the Wireless Networks tab. In the Available networks list, select the network name you are connecting to and click Configure. check if its Encrypted..if it is then u can't steal it..or if its an secured network...if its not its ur for the taking |

thats kind of what ICS does. ;)
also, from playstation.com: " There have been conflicting reports on whether or not ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) works with PlayStation 2 network games. Can you confirm either way whether or not it works? Yes, Internet Connection Sharing does work with PS2 network games. As long as you use the correct cables in the right places and configure Internet Connection Sharing correctly you should have no problem. However as with any software based solution your computer's configuration could affect things. " |
