i did this at the beginning of january, except i cut out weed too.
after one week, i felt 100% better and i had alot more energy. although i was also completely miserable at the same time. i think everyone needs a little help once and a while relaxing or getting themsleves going. there's nothing wrong with some beer or coffee once and a while, the trick is moderation. good luck man. |

i just found recently that i'm pretty moody, and drinking in the evening
and then having coffee during the day was putting me on quite the emotional rollercoaster. i was depending on lots of different things to make me feel better during the day, and realized that i need to get rid of all those things. I don't really know how long it'll last, but i think it will help me get my head straight and clear. even tho i'm really tired right now, i feel better cause i'm not so up and down. |

Good job Jay, im slowly cutting back certain things as well.
Try doing some jogging, it'll help curb the cravings, give u more energy and make u feel like a million bucks. With my school/work sched though i dont think i could stop drinkin tea/coffee, yikes. |
